Myrids of seminars are available to help pastors improve their skills, but little is available to help pstors develop the most important asset for ministry... their own personal life. This course will examine pastoring at the most basic level - the pastor him/herself.
After completing this course the student "should be able to make peace with his/her calling and further develop the internal resources that will make or break any pastor".
