Annual meeting of the Alliance District Training Center Directors held at NBC or other specified location.

• Coordinate educational efforts between NBC and Alliance Districts
• Provide training in educational and administrative areas beneficial to both NBC and the Alliance Districts
• Conduct the annual business of the NBC Alliance organization
• Provide opportunities for Alliance Directors to share ideas and educational programs with one another
