Course Description
This course will introduce the student to concepts, terms, and strategies in pastoring a multi-cultural church. It will look at biblical foundations, congregational styles, contextualization, strategies, and leadership across cultures.

- Understand biblical foundations for multi-cultural ministry
- Evaluate cultural issues within their current ministry structure
- Analysis strategies for effective ministry
- Develop an understanding of cross-cultural leadership values and application.
