IME5062 - The Pastor of a Multi-Cultural Church

This course will introduce the student to concepts, terms, and strategies in pastoring a multi-cultural church. It will look at biblical foundations, congregational styles, contextualization, strategies, and leadership across cultures.

• Understand biblical foundations for multi-cultural ministry
• Evaluate cultural issues within their current ministry structure
• Analysis strategies for effective ministry
• Develop an understanding of cross-cultural leadership values and application.
