Course Description

We will examine what author Mark Branson means by “Appreciative Inquiry” and the power this tool has to help pastors develop Christ-focused, leaders. Our intended outcome is that this becomes part of your ongoing approach to serving others. The better you know your people the more effective your ministry!

Course Objectives

  1. Become more aware of those you serve.
  2. Understand the importance of being a servant leader while better discerning God’s desires for others.
  3. Learn to effectively lead your people as a transformational community.
  4. Develop and implement an exegetical plan for enabling your church to fulfill the Great Commission.
