IME8072 - Creating Peace Making and Not Peace Keeping

This course will enable the pastor to know how to create a climate of peace instead of always striving to make peace whenever conflict occurs.

1. Be able to create a new level of mutual understanding of persons in conflict.
2. Be able to validate each other’s reasoning.
3. How to enable others to understand and embrace different perspectives and interests
4. The ability to know and use the seven disciplines of conflict.
